Home Renovation 2011

We have purchased our dream home as of February 3rd 2011! The home we chose is a complete renovation job. The location and specs of the house were just too good to pass up on this opportunity. The home previously looked like something straight out of one of those hoarders shows on TV. The biggest challenges we have to overcome are remediating the pet & smoke odors...as well as remediating from mold damage! Big tasks to cover, but thankfully that is what we do for a living! My husband & I own a cleaning and restoration company. My husband is the expert and is the GC of this project. Come along with us as we work on building our new home! Renovation is currently set to be complete by April 1st...baby boy #3 is due to arrive May 13th. No pressure. ;o)
