J&J Inspirations...in the beginning

In the beginning...there was a vision...that all started from a Blog Frog discussion on Mckmama's forum.

Do you know what all this is? Inspiration! My mom and I have decided to go into business together! This is the beginning of:
J&J Inspirations
We will have a plethora of products, but our first mastering will be aprons. Aprons of all kinds! We have 22 different fabrics here to start with. Should be able to make 40 or so aprons to start. My mom is a seamstress, woodworker...basically you name it she can make it! I have crafty/artistic skills as well, and am helping with the design of the aprons and probably some cutting, but as of right now I do not know how to sew anything but a measly pillow.

Do you have a craft or pastime you enjoy doing?


This toile fabric...well...it's mine! I will be re-upholstering my dining room chairs! I am so excited. I have wanted to do this for 6 years!

    The John Deere & pink plaid is cute for a sweet little farm girl! I personally like the gray and blue(14th pic down)....I am totally into gray right now....it is my new black! ~Chris Ann

    I love the coffee one (although I don't drink coffee) and I love the two rose-y ones; one is a toile, one a stripe.

    So awesome! That fabric that is 3rd to the last....I have both! And I LOVE the John Deer fabric. Would be perfect in my town full of farmers and ranchers! Thanks for posting!

    Thank you everyone for the feedback! Mom has 3 made so far, two coffee, and one in the black & white designs. We are going to do a mother/daughter pair in the John Deere fabric. That that would be a fun duo! I can't wait for my schedule to slow down so I can go spend a day helping her!
